8 weeks

Today is 8 weeks since losing Sophia and Ellie. It's not fair and it really sucks. That's all I can say...

    It does suck and is so painful, those early months, weeks are not so gentle, but the days get better, they will always be in our hearts, but this time is so important for you to take care of yourself and cocoon yourself in good people that are supportive, eat well, try and sleep well, it's so very hard, the bond that you have with them is so very strong..the days do get better, but this is your time to grieve so allow that...they are your gorgeous daughters..
